Questions about training
Does the training count toward the minimum standards?
Yes. Each workshop leaves the attendance list, the content, the evaluation and the certificate, which are the evidence for the training standard and the annual program.
Can it be online?
Yes. Theory topics work well online; practical ones (first aid, evacuation, use of fire extinguishers) are in person.
Does it include the 50-hour SG-SST course?
No. The 50-hour online course is offered free of charge by the ARLs and is the one Resolución 0312 de 2019 requires of whoever manages the system. Our training is for the company’s workers and teams.
