It is the service for companies that want to comply without becoming experts in the rules. Our specialists build the system around your activity, launch it with you and keep it current; the Extandar platform stores the documents, flags every deadline and keeps the records an inspection asks for.

What the annual plan includes

  • Initial assessment against the minimum standards that apply to your company (Resolución 0312 de 2019).
  • Design of the system documents: OSH policy and objectives, hazard identification and risk assessment matrix, annual work plan, training program, emergency prevention and response plan, procedures and forms.
  • Support during implementation: setting up the COPASST or Vigía and the workplace harmony committee, onboarding, monthly follow-up of activities.
  • The Extandar platform for the year: documents, deadlines, records and reports for the ARL.
  • Annual self-assessment of the minimum standards and improvement plan.
  • Support from our specialists by WhatsApp and email.

    Initial assessment

    We measure your company against each standard and give you the result with the priorities.

    Design and implementation

    We draft the documents, upload them to the platform and start the activities of the annual plan.

  4. Step 4

    Maintenance

    We review progress every month; every deadline comes with a reminder. At year end, the self-assessment and the improvement plan.

Questions about this plan

What if my company already has part of the SG-SST?

We start from what you have. The initial assessment identifies which documents and activities are useful, which need updating and what is missing. Reviewing what exists is not charged separately.

Does the plan include visits to the company?

The monthly support is remote, and the activities that require presence (inspections, drills, in-person training) are scheduled within the annual plan. The format of each activity is agreed at the start depending on your company’s city.

Who signs the documents?

The system documents are prepared and signed by professionals with the profile Resolución 0312 de 2019 requires for your company’s size and risk. The employer remains legally responsible for the system.

What happens at the end of the year?

We close the cycle with the December self-assessment, the improvement plan and the next year’s annual plan, and you can renew the plan. If you do not renew, we hand over all your documents and records.

What if my company has more than 50 workers or is risk IV or V?

The 60 standards apply and more support is needed, so the price is quoted for your case. Write to us with the number of workers, the activity and the locations.
