1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of this website, whose owner is identified in the legal notice. By browsing the site you accept these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
These terms apply only to the website. Once the Extandar platform is available, its use will be governed by its own terms of service, which you’ll be able to read before registering your company.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- Damage, overload or disrupt the site or its systems.
- Try to access non-public areas or data.
- Introduce viruses or any malicious code.
- Use the content for purposes contrary to the law or to these terms.
3. Information about the service
Extandar is in preparation. The information on the site describes the product we are building and may change before launch. Interface images are illustrative. Nothing on the site constitutes a commercial offer.
References to regulations (such as Decree 1072 of 2015, Resolution 0312 of 2019 or Decree 472 of 2015) are for information only and are not legal or technical advice. For specific decisions about your company, check the regulations in force or consult a professional.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s content and the Extandar brand are protected. You may view them and share links to them, but not reproduce them or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Links to other sites
If the site links to third-party pages, it does so for reference only. We don’t control those pages and are not responsible for their content.
6. Liability
We try to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site. Nothing above limits the rights the law grants to consumers that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) grants to anyone acting as a consumer. For any question or claim, please write to us first at contacto@extandar.example.
